1. Data Collection: This App uses Apple Watch motion sensors (accelerometer) to detect tapping gestures and step count data via HealthKit for the exercise mode. All data is processed locally in real-time and is never uploaded to any server. Background permissions are used solely to keep sensors active during sessions.

2. Health Data: The app requests HealthKit permission to read step count data for the exercise merit mode and to write mindful minutes to Apple Health. All health data stays on your device and is never shared.

3. Data Storage: No user accounts, no cloud storage. All settings are stored locally on your device.
